Barbara joined the BMS team in October 2010 after working at South County Economic Development Council, where she gained extensive outreach experience with business and government relations to support the economic development of San Diego’s South County region. She has launched and maintained client accounts for San Diego Associations of Government (SANDAG) iCommute, North County Transit District (NCTD) and a variety of our other clients.

As Marketing Operations Manager, Barbara is responsible for coordinating project plans, logistics and schedules, corporate and community outreach, assist with media buys and handle Hispanic media relations. She monitors staffing to ensure capacity expectations are in line.
